Shipping & Returns

Please Note: Winter ‘23 shop, Your orders will be packed and shipped as soon as possible after the shop closes on 5th December. There may be unforeseen delays due to weather conditions, busy holiday season or custom delays, Maria Wojdat Ceramics cannot be held responsible for any such delays.

UK orders
Orders will be processed within 3-4 working days and will be sent via royal mail or another tracked courier service. Parcels should arrive within 2-3 working days of dispatch although this can’t be guaranteed and may take longer. If you would like to collect your order, please choose that pop up option at checkout.

International orders
Currently, international shipping is to the EU and USA and orders will be processed within 3-4 working days. Shipping costs vary depending on which country, once you have added items to the basket you will be able to view the delivery costs before continuing to checkout. Your parcel will be shipped via an International tracked courier service and should arrive within 5-10 days of dispatch although this can’t be guaranteed and may take longer, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your purchase has been sent.

International customs and import taxes
Please be aware that these pieces are being shipped from the UK. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may be incurred and must comply with any local regulations. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. If you refuse the parcel or the storage period in customs expires, the parcel will be sent back.

Returns

Returns are only accepted if the wrong items are shipped. If this happens please get in touch to arrange a replacement or refund. Damaged goods: If you have received an item which is damaged please contact me within 24 hours with a photograph of the damaged piece and the item will be refunded.
